Connecteeva is a portal, not a single program. At its centre is the account, your digital identity. To it you attach exactly the services you need, individually per person and changeable at any time. What you already have, we connect.
The core
It all starts with the account. Your digital identity.
An account is what can sign in to Connecteeva, and the only prerequisite. It’s the core that everything else attaches to. Whether a mailbox is part of it is up to you.

ConnecteevaThe core isn’t a particular service, but the account: the central identity a person signs in with. To it you attach exactly the services they need — a mailbox can be part of it, but doesn’t have to be. Roles, rights and invitations come together in one place, traceably logged.

What you keep
Already have services? Then they stay where they are.
Whatever can sign in to a central login, we attach to the portal — no move, no data migration, and nothing to throw away.
Many organisations have long since invested: a wiki that’s kept up, a file store where everything lives, a specialist system no one wants to touch. The switch then fails not on the technology, but on the thought of having to give everything up at once.
You don’t have to. Your users sign in once at the portal and reach everything from there: what we run, just as much as what’s already there. A partial switch works too: we build the two services you’re missing and connect the three you want to keep.
A long-grown association wiki, a volunteer academy, a specialist system no one wants to touch: we connect such services rather than replace them. What works stays.
- Requirement
- The service has to support a common sign-in method. In technical terms that’s SAML 2.0, OpenID Connect or LDAP — we check for you whether yours is among them.
- Typical cases
- An existing Nextcloud, a long-grown Confluence, the specialist system for membership management.
- What we take on
- The integration and the operation of the portal. For the connected service, your previous operator remains responsible.
- Your own directories
- We connect LDAP, Active Directory or your membership management as a sign-in source, from a one-off import to an ongoing two-way connection.
