Monthly plan
14 days notice period
Informally by email, before the end of the current month. Without notice, the contract renews for one further month at a time.
Annual plan −20 %
3 months notice period
Before the end of the term, after which it renews for one further year at a time. In return, consistently 20 % cheaper than the monthly plan.
Setup & migration
89 € per hour, in working days
Just setting up accounts and building it yourself: free. Guided migration billed by time spent. From a two-year term, the fee is waived. How switching over works
One contract or many
−20 % from 1,000 accounts
Each level signs up on its own and settles its own bill, or a higher level signs an umbrella contract for everyone. The volume discount repeats with every further 1,000 accounts.
Exit with a deadline
30 days data retained
After you cancel, we make your data available as an export and keep it for at least 30 days. How the exit works technically
Changeable at any time
What’s booked is paid for. Nothing more.
Services can be added to and removed from each account. You pay for what is booked right now, not for a package you once chose.
Hosting in Germany, GDPR-compliant processing and open standards apply to every account and are included in the service prices. Availability, response times and backups are on the security page.
