The account
The sign-in to the portal, user management and a place in your organisation’s structure. Anyone who can sign in has an account.

What counts are accounts, not members.
A district branch with 180 members and twelve active people pays for twelve accounts; only those who need their own account count.

If different groups need different things, simply calculate twice, the accounts can be mixed freely.

Regional federation: 150 staff, 2,000 volunteers
Staff get full accounts with the calculator’s default selection. Volunteers get mini accounts: their own association address with a mailbox, shared calendar and address book, encrypted email included. It is the same mailbox on a smaller scale, just without its own file storage.
For non-profit federations, one mini account per full mailbox is free, two from 100 full mailboxes, three from 1,000.

Non-profit?
Non-profit organisations and volunteering projects pay the same prices, but, made possible by our volunteering sponsors, they get the mini accounts for volunteers free of charge: one per full mailbox, two from 100 full mailboxes, three from 1,000.

Operation at a location of your choice
Operation in a data centre of your choice, managed by us or fully self-hosted. You decide who controls the infrastructure. The service prices cover standard operation; a different location can change the price.
