  1. Create

    A new domain accepts no mail yet.

  2. Set records

    Enter the target value with your DNS provider, fetch the actual value with “Check again”.

  3. DKIM

    Prepare a key, publish it and activate it.

  4. Switch on

    Beforehand, the dialogue lists every record that is not yet right.

What IT teams ask.

Can branches manage their own domains?

Yes. Whoever is assigned a domain checks its DNS, maintains its DKIM keys and sees tracking and qualification for that domain.

How do I set up DMARC?

SPF and DKIM must be right first. Start with p=none and a report address, review for a few weeks, then tighten step by step to p=reject.

What do we need for sign-in?

An account with our identity service. If you have a Connecteeva account, you sign in with that.
