This website uses no cookies, no tracking and no analytics tools. Fonts are served locally. No data is passed on to third parties for advertising or analytics purposes.
Server logs (hosting)
This website runs on czichos.net GmbH’s own servers in Germany; the Connecteeva platform itself runs in German data centres operated by ScaleUp Technologies. When you access the site, technical access data is stored automatically: IP address, date and time, the URL requested, browser type and referrer URL. This data serves solely the secure technical operation of the site and is deleted after a few days.

Contacting us
If you contact us by email, we process your email address and the content of your message in order to handle your enquiry. This data is not passed on to third parties and is deleted once your enquiry has been dealt with, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

Contact form
Through the contact form you can request a trial or a conversation. We receive the email address you enter (required, so we can send you the login details) and, if provided, your organisation and the approximate number of accounts. We process this information solely to handle your enquiry.
The form data is sent to an in-house application run by czichos.net GmbH on the connecteeva.eu server and forwarded from there to our mailboxes by email; it is not passed on to third parties. If the form cannot be submitted for technical reasons, your email program opens instead with a pre-filled message. In that case the information on contacting us by email applies. The data is deleted once your enquiry has been dealt with, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure and restriction of processing, as well as data portability. You can also lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority: the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (BlnBDI).
