Switching over
Mailboxes, calendars, contacts and files move across while your current setup keeps running. Nothing is switched off until the new one is ready.

Can I book individual services without using Connecteeva?
Many of them, yes, such as custom development, mail operation with secMail and advice on IT sovereignty.
What does setup cost?
If we only create the accounts, nothing. If we guide setup and migration, €89 per hour, excluding VAT. From a two-year term the fee is waived. More in our terms.
Can I reach someone by phone?
Yes. In support we call you back on request, and you reach the people who build and run the systems. For emergencies, existing customers have a 24/7 hotline; the number is in the contract. For a first conversation, call us on +49 30 994048000.
Do you also look after the IT of a small association?
Yes. The scope follows what you need. There is no minimum package.
